Non-surgical facelift

Society and the media definitely contribute to the pressure of having to look younger, turning more and more people to drastic cosmetic surgery. But before you decide to go under the scalpel, consider the more natural, pain-free alternatives. Believe it or not, non-surgical face lifts do exist.

One system with over twenty years of medical research behind it is the CACI (Computer-Aided Cosmetology Instrument) machine; the other is the Hydradermie Lift machine. Even if you do opt for the scalpel, these treatments can help with the post-surgery healing process. The treatment also stimulates blood circulation, which helps improve muscle tone and counteracts dryness.

These treatments also improve skin tissue (e.g. acne scarring, blemishes, sun damage, dehydration and oily skin). It also softens lines and wrinkles and works to generally improve the skin's texture and tone.

What is it?

CACI
Uses a micro-current to tone, lift and re-educate the muscles back into their original position. Muscles are reprogrammed and this corrects the sag of the skin.

Hydradermie lift
A two-phase treatment that starts with cleansing movements that detoxify the face and neck, followed by a micro-current that lifts the muscles.

Is it painful?
Micro-mode works in harmony with the body's own bio-electrical field. The impulses provided by Micro-mode are virtually sub-sensory and you experience no discomfort at all.

How long before I see benefits?
Treatments on Micro-mode are generally run as a course, and the length of the course depends on your skin and muscle tone - not necessarily on age.
CACI: On average, 10 - 15 treatments are recommended.
Hydradermie lift: A course of four treatments is recommended.

How far apart are the treatments scheduled?
You are only required to return for a treatment every 4 - 6 weeks. The skin will feel firmer after the first treatment and the current remains in the skin for up to 48 hours.

Do you have to be 'old' to have the treatment?
Environmental factors such as the depleted ozone layer and harmful sunrays play havoc on young skin today. As these treatments provide so many benefits, clients as young as 25 enjoy regular treatments.

How much does it cost?
CACI: R400 (single session) R2,800 (course of 10)
Hydradermie Lift: R450 (single session) R2,520 (course of 6)
