What is skin dehydration?

Your skin becomes dehydrated when it is unable to produce or retain moisture. In fact, you can have an oily skin and still be dehydrated. If your skin constantly feels "tight" or like it needs more moisture, it is probably dehydrated. The biggest skin dehydrators are air conditioners, excess sun exposure and long aeroplane flights.

How do I treat dehydrated skin?

The two most common mistakes people make are either trying to combat dehydrated skin with oil-rich products, or in the case of oily skins, refusing to use moisturiser in case it causes an acne breakout. We recommend the following treatments to rehydrate and correct the oil/water balance in your skin.

Environmental facial:
A soothing and comforting facial that helps repair the damage caused by environmental factors.

Hydradermie:
Galvanic currents hydrate the deepest layers of the skin.

Moisture intensive:
An exceptionally hydrating facial enriched with hydra active sugars derived from desert plants. It visibly repairs the skin and slows down ageing.

Soothing enzyme Q10:
An anti-stress, oxygenating and intensely hydrating treatment.
